Q1. I subscribed, but Morning Wrap isn’t coming.
Morning Wrap is sent to all our readers in the morning of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There may be some differences between different time zones.
If you still haven’t received it after waiting, then….
- Check your spam or promotion inbox. Drag us into the “primary” tab so that we won’t get lost in your spam or promotion inbox. This is for Gmail users; for other email server users, here’s the instruction.
- If you are using a company email, we recommend that you sign up with a personal email. If you can’t see Squirry in your mailbox after finishing step 1, your company’s email server may be blocking us from coming into your inbox. Unfortunately, we can’t really help in that case, and we recommend you subscribe using your personal email address instead.
Q2. Where can I see previous wraps?
Simply go to this link, and it will bring you straight to our previous stories. If you want to see some specific stories, just type in the keywords in the search box.
Q3. I want to unsubscribe.
We’re sorry to see you go, but you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each of our newsletters.
Q4. I didn’t get a reply to my feedback.
